This is the Sea Tiger Radio Controlled Mini Submarine from Nikko.
                               For Ages 6 and Up.

FEATURES: Full function: forward, reverse, cruising, left/right turn and stop.
          Submerges 24" and surfaces on command.
          Dual propellers for easy maneuvering.
          Propeller position can be manually adjusted for angle of descent
            and ascent.
          Transmitter range is up to 40'-110' outdoors.
          Plastic mini-sub with a shark's face on the front. Nikko, Sea Tiger
            and American flag on each side.
          Great fun for a backyard swimming pool or small pond.
