In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described
in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed
summary of our determination to deny the return. The merchandise will then be returned to you.
Returns of NON-DEFECTIVE items that are returnable by Fly Hobbies to product manufacturer may,
at Fly Hobbies’s sole discretion, be accepted for return that was purchased from FlyHobbies.com
within 30 days of original invoice date. There is a 15% restocking fee for all undamaged returns and such
returns will be for store credit or refund at Fly Hobbies’s sole discretion. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
ALL products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Fly Hobbies’s return policy will NOT BE HONORED in the event that a return shipment is received
by us improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged. We do not accept returns via COD or
that require payment from Fly Hobbies in any way.
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective.
Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition. Fly Hobbies
shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product,
exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you.
Manufacturer defects found after the product has been used revert to the manufacturer’s
warranty and they will handle any problems for you directly. If you can determine that a
product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund;
however, we suggest that you contact us before taking any action.
These Lines must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

We only accept Damaged merchandise that has been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives
at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
If you find shipping damage after accepting delivery, you may call your local carrier office to
make arrangements for a carrier to make an inspection of the damage. Please save
all original packing material and boxes involved to help substantiate claims.
Do NOT return damaged boxes yourself because you will not receive credit for
the returned merchandise since we will be unable to file a freight claim.
You will receive credit for all items when our claim is accepted by the carrier.
