            When the Submarine is placed on the surface of the water it must
            be adjusted so that it is LEVEL in the water.
          Seven Round Ring Type Weights (for "DEPTH" balancing)
            The Submarine must also be adjusted to float in the water at the
            proper "DEPTH" position.

COMMENTS: IT CANNOT BE USED IN SALTWATER.  It can only submerge as deep as the
            antenna is long, which is only 15" long.  If it goes below that the
            Submarine will automatically resurface.
